About me and my therapy practice
I work within an Integrative approach with the therapeutic relationship of non-judgement, acceptance and trust being the most important.
Drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities to assist you in your healing journey. Tailoring therapy to your individual needs and preferences as I am seeing every therapeutic encounter as unique.
At some point in our lives we might be confronted with situations and emotions that we cannot make sense of. When we experience times like this, having somebody to listen to you empathically and non judgementally, offering you a safe space where you can explore these feelings might be just what you need.
Why not give me a call, text or email me for a free 15 minute initial consultation to find out if I could be that somebody who can offer what feels right for you.
