About me and my therapy practice
I offer therapy to Children, Young People and Adults using creative approaches and play in addition to talking therapy.
My aim as a Psychotherapist is to help address the issues that bring you or your child to counselling such as; anxiety, trauma, bereavement, parents divorce, exam pressure, school phobia, adoption, depression, low mood, childhood related trauma's and experience, stress, relationship issues, postnatal depression.
I have extensive experience of working with developmental and relational trauma, supporting children and parents/main care givers to establish a more secure relationship where there have been challenges.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified Integrative Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist, my training and experience includes providing therapy to adults.
My approach is integrative which means I utilise a combination of theoretical models in my practice.
I currently work as a Parent Infant Therapist for a Northamptonshire charity, other experience includes working within the NHS as a Psychological therapist and as a school Counsellor.
I am available to work in school settings and practice in Northampton and Towcester.
