About me and my therapy practice
I aim to provide a unique, safe space where clients can begin to articulate and process their emotions and feelings. I offer an environment for clients to explore areas in their lives where they are feeling stuck would like to see change. My aim is to support clients as they become more aware about 'why they do what they do' so enabling them to make more empowered choices for their lives.
My approach is non-judgemental and empathic. I like to work collaboratively with my clients, providing a tailored approach to meet each individual, drawing on a range of therapeutic models and practical tools to serve them both now and in the future.
My first session
I offer an initial 20 minute call online which gives an opportunity for us to meet and for you to decide if you would feel comfortable working with me with a view to proceeding to a first session. It is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions or share any concerns you may have.
