About me and my therapy practice
I aim to provide a safe space where my clients can explore areas in their lives where they feel stuck and would like to see change. My aim is to work collaboratively and support clients as they become more aware about 'why they do what they do' so enabling them to make more empowered choices for their lives. I offer a tailored approach to meet each individual's needs, drawing on a range of therapeutic models and practical tools to serve them both now and in the future.
I hold a Masters Degree (Distinction) and PG Dip in Counselling & Psychotherapy. I have recently trained with the National Centre for Eating Disorders (NCFED) to work with individuals who are looking to lose weight or are struggling with binge eating and/or purging.
Practice description
Currently, my practice is run exclusively online using Zoom or Skype and I am also open to telephone sessions depending on each client's preference.
My first session
I offer an initial 30 minute session either on the telephone or via the Zoom platform. This provides an opportunity for us to meet and for you to decide if you would feel comfortable working with me with a view to proceeding to a first session. It is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions or share any concerns you may have. The cost of the initial session is £35.
