About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified integrative psychotherapist and counsellor.

I am a registered member of British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and graduate member of British Psychological Society (BPS). I work within the ethical framework of BACP.

I work with different range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-esteem. I work successfully with both adult and adolescent clients using CBT and REBT techniques as I help them identify unhealthy thinking patterns and emotions that affect their behaviour. As an integrative psychotherapist, I offer space to help my clients explore their thoughts, relationships, values, emotions, and behaviour. My integrative therapeutic orientation is influenced by Person-centred, Cognitive and Art Therapy approaches.

I have a passion for helping people with a non-judgemental attitude, acceptance, and understanding. I aim to make sure that my client is heard, listened and all emotions are welcomed in a safe environment as we work collaboratively to address various issues. As part of my work and in accordance with the ethical framework of BACP, I attend regular supervision with a fully qualified psychotherapist.
