I mostly work remotely at present ie Zoom, Skype, FaceTime or phone.

I work psychodynamically with a strong leaning towards Jungian interpretations.  I encourage clients to bring their dreams as I feel this can often lead to an exploration of what is going on in the unconscious, which often evades our conscious mind.

I leave it to the client to decide how they want to work and so am flexible to work with short term or long term commitments.

I would request that a client if possible let me have a 24 hr notice period of a change in session date/time.
