About me and my therapy practice
I am here to offer you a peaceful, non-judgemental environment, giving you the space and support to explore what brings you to counselling and ways in which you can make positive life changes.
I understand that there are times in your life when you may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or have ongoing feelings of isolation or sadness. You may be experiencing feelings of frustration, shame or anger with your life or the people in it. Or maybe you are feeling stuck and questioning who you are and your value or purpose. These feelings can leave you feeling powerless and alone.
Whatever you are going through I am here to support you. I offer a confidential environment, a different perspective and a warm, supportive relationship with no judgement or assumptions. We will work together to uncover what's troubling you and develop your own self-awareness and trust. This will give you the confidence to make the right choices and decisions for you.
