About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified Humanistic and Integrative Counsellor- this means that one of my fundamental beliefs is that people are capable of change. I integrate several different theories to support change and to ensure that our work together is the most useful for you.
I have lots of experience of working with young people mainly in an educational setting as a School Counsellor. I also have experience of working with adults in my private practise, for a charity supporting people with long term illness and in a bereavement organisation.
I practice from my home in Hucknall and am currently able to offer appointments on Saturday mornings and some evening appointments on week days. From the end of July 2019, I will have more mid week daytime appointments available too.
I am here to offer support finding a way through lifes challenges using a range of different approaches. Please contact me if you wish to know more or have any queries or questions- I’d be happy to help
