About me and my therapy practice

I combine my CBT training with a compassionate, warm Humanistic/Person-centred Approach; I seek to meet the client's needs from therapy by individualising my way of working for each person, focusing on creating an effective therapeutic relationship together. I have been in private clinical practice since 2004, after graduating with MA (distinction) in Humanistic Person-centred Psychotherapy; subsequently I qualified with a Diploma in Supervision, a PG Cert in CBT, and later became BACP accredited. I am now also an Accredited EMDR Practitioner, working with Trauma, eg PTSD.
