About me and my therapy practice
Hello and welcome, thank you for taking the time to read my profile.
I am accredited and registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and follow their guidelines and framework.
As your counsellor I can promise you a very safe space to explore your feelings without judgement.
I hold a BA (Hons) degree in Counselling along with various other qualifications, however I strongly believe our relationship will be the most important component to helping you get to where you need to be.
I am an integrative counsellor primarily using Person Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy but we will adapt for your needs.
Unfortunately I am only able to offer telephone sessions due to the Pandemic, lets hope this changes soon.
My first session
Our first session will be to determine what you wish to change or achieve during the counselling journey. You will also want to decide if I am the right counsellor for you, very important.
So we will talk through what has brought you to me.
Sessions are usually 50 minutes.
