About me and my therapy practice
- Are you feeling anxious, trapped in your relationships, bullied at work or overwhelmed by life?
Do you need help getting back on track?
- I can help you explore and unravel your thoughts and feelings, to connect with yourself in the present and find a clearer path forward. I offer face-to-face counselling sessions in peaceful, comfortable surroundings in West Norwood (easy for Streatham, Dulwich & Crystal Palace) and London Bridge (easy for Waterloo, the City & Canary Wharf).
My approach - The therapy I offer is called the person centred approach, a non-directive type of counselling which works to help individuals find their own best answer to their situation. This can really benefit those who feel lost or are finding it difficult to trust their own judgement. Former clients have reported feeling calmer and more confident in their work & relationships following therapy.
What happens now? - 1. Call or email me now to make an enquiry. 2. Book a confidential initial assessment appointment lasting 50 mins, in which you can talk about what you're hoping to get from therapy. You will find out if my way of working feels right for you before proceeding.
Should you wish to continue, counselling sessions take place weekly. Your therapy can be brief-focussed or ongoing.
Daytime and evening appointments available on Mondays and Wednesdays at West Norwood and on Tuesdays at London Bridge. My office hours are Mon-Wed, 8.30am-5.30pm.
About me - I have over 10 years’ experience in many different settings including education, private practice and the corporate sector. Since gaining my Higher Professional Diploma in Counselling in 2008, I have undertaken numerous specialist trainings including: Working with Abuse; Attachment; Existential Therapy and Working with Trauma.
