About me and my therapy practice
I work creatively with children and young people, and offer practical support for parents to address a wide range of social and emotional issues including:
- Dealing with sudden events and change (eg. corona pandemic)
- Enhance emotional resilience
- Manage stress & anxiety
- Increase self-confidence
- Improve communication
- Strengthen family relationships
Please note that I offer only online sessions.
Sessions for children & young people help them to explore and make sense of their current challenges so they can manage their emotional distress and find ways to express their needs in a calm way.
Parent-child sessions provide a supportive space for families to share thoughts and feelings, and enjoy activities that foster greater connection and mutual respect.
Support for parents/ carers enhances understanding of your child’s behaviour, while teaching you easy and effective tools to calm emotional storms and enjoy a happier family life.

My first session
The first session is a Discovery Session with the parents / carers only to establish the best support for your family. We will explore:
o your child’s developmental history
o your family history & your own upbringing
o strengths and challenges of your child /family
o Goals – both for your child and for your family
