About me and my therapy practice
Do you struggle with self-acceptance? Do you hide parts of yourself that you’re scared may be rejected by loved ones? Is it hard to share your vulnerability with those closest to you? We can all feel like this at times and it can be challenging to sort through these feelings alone. Deciding to seek support is a courageous choice to take and is an important first step in improving your relationship with yourself and others.
I value difference and am passionate about supporting marginalised groups who may hold many identities to explore and uncover parts of themselves that may be hidden. Working together we can explore ways of feeling safe enough to be you and to heal from the stress, anxiety and depression that can arise from being in spaces where you feel you don’t belong.
If you are interested in therapy with me, I offer a free, 20-minute consultation phone call where you can briefly tell me about your situation and ask questions. This call gives me the chance to assess if I can help you with your needs and for you to see if we are a good fit. Please call or email me and I will respond within a few hours.
