About me and my therapy practice
Supervision is an area I have always enjoyed since I first started training as a counsellor almost 10 years ago. I believe focusing and building a good relationship is paramount to the work we do with clients. I completed my diploma in Relational Supervision in January 2020 I found the training added a deeper relational way of working, taking a collaborative approach to supervision.

About me and my therapy practice
I have been supporting and helping clients since 2012. My aim is to offer clients the right support in a safe and non-judgemental environment enabling them to explore their own feelings and thoughts and discover the answers within. My counselling practise is non-directive based on a person centred approach integrated with humanistic existential and psychodynamic theory.
Before retraining as a counsellor I worked within a large manufacturing company and so have some understanding of the pressures of working in a large organisation and the challenges of employment. I work directly with an EAP provider helping employees with work related stress in addition to other issues that may affect them at work.
I work mainly face to face with clients however offer telephone and online (zoom) sessions on request
