Hello,

My practice is now online or via telephone. I've found that many people find it easier to have sessions on line as they don't have to travel and can have sessions from the comfort of home. Apologies to those clients for whom this does not work and who would prefer face to face sessions. If I do return to the office to work, I will update here.

If you would like an online session via, Skype, Zoom, Teams, Whats App, text or via email or telephone, please do get in touch and we can arrange a session. My hours tend to be between 10am and 5pm, although I can be a little flexible with the time due to working online.

I take time off at Easter, September and Christmas and I can inform you of any other breaks during our work together.

About me and my therapy practice

Changing your life may come easily, or there can be some hard work or maybe it will be somewhere in between! I work with both individuals and couples with compassion to help you to enhance your life and to live it more fully. I offer short and long term counselling, depending on what you feel your needs might be. Please ask if you are uncertain about whether we will be able to work together with your issue. My training is in Integrative Therapy which means that I will use a variety of therapeutic approaches depending on which a client feels will be most useful to them.
