About me and my therapy practice
I have over 15 years of experience and work with adults, couples and young people. My interest is in relationships, whether with a partner, parent, child or how you feel about yourself, maybe struggling with anxiety, confidence or self esteem.
In the past I have worked with couples for Relate and for the NHS in GP surgeries and CAMHs. I have also worked for charities including Place2be, working with primary aged children and families.
I now work privately from the Maidstone area. Over the last year I have converted my practice to working online and have found this to be a helpful way of working as well as offering more flexibility for my clients.
My initial counselling training was integrative, meaning that I draw on a range of counselling theories. I have a Diploma in Applied Systemic Theory (family therapy) from the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, supporting my work with couples and families.
