About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified experienced counsellor and psychotherapist. I work with adults on a one to one basis taking a psychodynamic approach which recognises that present difficulties may stem from earlier life experiences. In addition to this approach I also work within an integrative model which includes aspects of systemic, humanistic and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). By using different theoretical models, I will be working in a way which I feel is suited to your individual needs and difficulties and offer counselling in a confidential, non-judgemental and safe environment.

My first session

I offer a free 15 minute initial telephone consultation. Appointments before 6pm cost £50 and after 6pm cost £55
