About me and my therapy practice

My approach in counselling is adaptable to suit the needs of each individual client.

I am warm, empathic, caring & a non-judgemental therapist- offering a confidential service within a safe place to explore your feelings.

The reason you may seek counselling could be for anything your struggling with as sometime in life we are presented with situations and challenges we are unable to manage. This in time could then make you feel unhappy, upset and unsettled. I can help you explore your feelings, support you emotionally, helping you find new coping strategies, building on you resilience, improving your confidence and problem solving.

My experience in counselling is working out in the community, GP surgeries, social service, charity's, schools, colleges, hospitals, hospice and community venues.
