About me and my therapy practice
I have been a counsellor / therapist for over 30 years now and have a wide range of experience
I have worked for a large counselling organisation and in a GP surgery in the past
Now my work is in mainly private practice and some company and agency work
I would describe my approach as integrative and person centred
I have experience in working with couples and families
I also work with sexual difficulties and treat dysfunctions
My work covers a variety of presentations from relationship issues , depression and anxiety , bereavement , workplace stresses to personal issues

My first session is an assessment in order to explore the best approach and ways forward for the client
