I have worked within the specialised NHS services as well as in a local counselling organisation before becoming a Private Practitioner. I am experienced in treating addictions, complex trauma, self-harm, anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder and body dysmorphia. I help with issues around relationships, bereavement, sexuality, self-acceptance and self-esteem. I also provide on-going support for individuals with ADHD, autism and bipolar disorder.

I have a Diploma in Integrative Counselling (awarded by The Minster Centre and accredited by the BACP), MSc in Psychology (awarded by Middlesex University and accredited by the BPS) and Level 2 Qualification Certificate in Understanding Autism (awarded and accredited by NCFE CACHE).

Practice description

I conduct face-to-face and online sessions. In exceptional circumstances I do home visits.

I charge a concessionary fee of £60 for the first session. For the following sessions, I charge £80. I offer a limited number of low cost sessions to those on a low income and students.

When I work with couples, I charge £130 for a 90-minutes session.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a graduate member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). I am also a member of the Federation of Alcohol and Drug Practitioners (FDAP). I adhere to the BACP, BPS and FDAP codes of ethics, maintain a non-judgmental stance and have a great respect for differences and diversity in culture, religion, ethnicity, nationality, race, class, social status, sexuality, gender, neurodiversity and body differences.

I speak both English and Russian fluently, and can therefore conduct therapy in either language. 

My first session

At your first session, we will explore and outline the problems that brought you to therapy, your goals and potential ways of us working together. 

The first session is charged at a concessionary rate of £60 payable at booking.
