About me and my therapy practice

I am a professional, BACP Registered and UKCP Accredited psychotherapist & Counsellor.

Through the practise of radical acceptance, with a thoughtful, authentic presence.

Through an empathic process of being with you wherever you are.

Through a dark night or a grey day.

HOW DO I WORK?

I work with people suffering from deep anxiety and fear, or when you feel you can’t cope, or workplace stress. I work deeply with loss, from grief and bereavement, through early loss or betrayal, to the experience of alone-ness in life, or the loss of direction or purpose. The loss of confidence, or the feeling of not being good (enough). I work with that yearning sense that there is something missing, something more to this life, or for those whose life is ending, or dying, or facing change, or crisis.

HOW WILL IT HELP?

Therapy often has a positive impact due to the experience of being able to talk freely and extensively, with the sense of being really listened to. Often we are blind to our own shadow, and therapy helps us to see how we create the situations around us and thus see how to change the situations we repeat over and over. Developing tools for life, as well as the knowledge that things can change and a sense of our own power are incredibly liberating experiences.
