About me and my therapy practice

I am currently working Face to Face and offering sessions remotely via Zoom or by Whatsapp video or phone. I believe everyone has the potential for therapy to bring about positive change in their lives. I am a fully qualified, BACP accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist and Supervisor. I have successfully completed training in Transactional Analysis and Integrative Psychotherapy.

Life can sometimes be stressful, challenging and unfulfilling and this can deeply affect our emotional and physical well being. I offer a confidential, safe and accepting space, to help you to understand and resolve the difficulties you may be experiencing. Through the therapeutic relationship you can explore your problems and develop your self-awareness. Then you will discover that change is possible, and so begin to make different decisions about the way you live your life.

My first session

I offer a free initial consultation that lasts around 20 minutes, where we can meet for an informal chat to discuss the focus of why you are coming to see me.

About me and my therapy practice

I am currently offering sessions remotely on Zoom or via WhatsApp at this time to trainees or qualified Counsellors and Therapists.

I have 10 years experience as a Transactional Analysis/Integrative qualified Psychotherapist. I have worked in many including the voluntary sector, charities and educational settings with groups, with individuals and couples. I have successfully set up and run my own practice for that time. I have monthly clinical supervision.
