About me and my therapy practice

I am a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) it is never too late to ask for help, it shows a sign of strength into achieving deserved wellness to one's needs. I can help you navigate understanding to who you are whilst allowing room for direction. I offer insightful ways to explore healing and clarity in a safe non-judgemental environment, together we can explore your feelings about your current circumstances.

My person centred approach focuses on the individual's personal needs, wants, desires and goals so that they become central to the care and nursing process. My experience involves working with loss and understanding how Silence and loneliness can be frightening and draining, Especially when our ways change leaving us questioning who you are.

I will support you to manage challenges that may be hindering you from progressing in your life and help you see your way forward to accomplish what has taken up so much of your time and get you in control.
