About me and my therapy practice
I provide a calm, reassuring, non-judgemental space for you to explore your life and current concerns. You may be struggling with life events, mood patterns or health issues, or simply wanting to learn more about yourself. Counselling offers you place for you to bring whatever you are seeking to change or understand. Together we will resource you to adapt to physical and emotional shifts, increase your awareness of your needs, and to be more present and happy in your life. We will work together to find ease with, or solutions to, your challenges and enable you to thrive.
I am an integrative counsellor, experienced in supporting clients with a wide range of issues. My approach is tailored to your needs and we will work together to build your self-acceptance and understanding of your emotional and physical well being. Specific interventions can include goal setting, mindfulness, creative work and person-centred therapy.
My first session
Our space together is for you to share your thoughts, feelings and fears in a compassionate environment. We will look at your physical and emotional needs to help you to make steps to move forwards and thrive in your life.

Following this consultation, and we both want to proceed, we will arrange for an initial session to explore how counselling may support you and whether we feel we can work together going forwards. I offer single-session/brief, short term and long term therapy.
