I offer appointments Monday to Thursday, and Saturday mornings. Appointments can be booked between 10.30am and 7.00pm Monday to Thursday. Saturday 10.00am to 1.00pm.

About me and my therapy practice

I am passionate about working with you when you are struggling with difficulties in your life, and finding it hard to move forwards. My aim is to help you navigate a path through those difficult times and help you reconnect with you.

By looking at what is going on for you, listening to you, and looking at the issues,from your point of view, I aim to,try, to help you make sense of things and navigate a way forwards.

My interests are, but not limited to, trauma, grief and loss, and anxiety.
