About me and my therapy practice
I have had several years experience working therapeutically with children and adolescents who have experienced a range of emotional, social or behavioural difficulties. Following an initial assessment, I am able to offer short, medium and long-term individual and/or group psychotherapy. My work includes parenting and family work.
The main therapeutic approach I work with is Psychodynamic and I have also been trained in Family Systemic, CBT and Mindfulness, which I can use depending on the person’s needs.
I am an accredited member of the BPC and a registered member of the BACP (Children Young People Family division). I have completed my Postgraduate and Masters degrees at the Tavistock & Portman NHS Trust specialising in working with children, young people and families. I have worked therapeutically across a number of settings: primary and secondary schools, NHS schools outreach, Domestic Violence community outreach and youth service.
I can offer daytime and evenings appointments at the Minster Centre Psychotherapy service located in Kilburn/ Queen's Park.
