About me and my therapy practice

Sometimes, we experience difficulties in our everyday life that compel us to look inwards for answers. Psychotherapy is a way to get a deeper understanding of ourselves.

I am a BACP accredited psychodynamic counselor/psychotherapist and abide by the BACP code of ethics. I offer one to one long-term or time-limited therapy for adults. If you feel you need to talk to someone about what is going on in your life at the moment, Counselling is a good place to start. I offer online sessions via Zoom as well as face to face sessions.
