About me and my therapy practice

Do you feel stuck, anxious or depressed? Is life very challenging right now? I offer a calm, welcoming and safe space to look at what is going on in your life in a non-judgemental, supportive way.

You may wish to make changes around a specific issue or relationship or maybe you want to understand yourself better and need someone to listen. I bring a warmth, curiosity and passion to my work but feel that humour is also important.

Who I work with

I work with adults aged 18 up and appreciate the impact of isolation, depression and feeling different to others. I have worked with students, pregnant women, mums, men, the elderly. I work with issues such as:

  1. Depression, anxiety, OCD, panic attacks
  2. Relationship issues
  3. Gender, LGBTQ+
  4. Cultural difference
  5. Addiction
  6. Abuse, self-harm, suicidal feelings
  7. Attachment, family relations
Trauma and PTSD, often using bodywork.

Where I work and cost

I understand that it is daunting finding a counsellor so I offer an initial consultation, without commitment, for £25. I work from 2 places in BS1 Central Bristol: College Green and Harbourside.

Other Information About Me

I also work in a university student counselling service and an agency for gambling addiction. I teach mindful yoga for wellbeing.
