About me and my therapy practice

Are you feeling Anxious, Low, Frustrated, Unhappy or have Relationship problems? I offer tailored therapy to help you deal with the issues that are troubling you. The first step towards seeking external support to help you deal with emotional issues is a difficult one to make. It take courage to seek guidance and comfort on issues that are still too often belittled by society. I offer face to face, telephone and video chat sessions during these difficult and isolating times.

I believe in giving people the autonomy to explore and unburden themselves in an environment that is free of judgement, stigma or bias.

I aim to empower you to talk freely and work through your issues, whether they are causing you anxiety, anger, heartache or distress, or if you want to discuss feelings that you have never been able to explore before. As an integrative trained counsellor I will work at your pace and adapt the therapy in a way that best suits your needs in order to help you achieve your goals.
