About me and my therapy practice
As an Integrative Arts Psychotherapist I work with you relationally to explore the issues which are troubling you. My aim is to provide you a safe and confidential space to explore your needs to help you feel like you are better able to cope.
My approach is integrative, enabling me to provide an individual approach to best support you. In addition to talking therapy I offer the opportunity to work with the arts such as movement, bodywork, painting, drawing, clay and sandtray. Using the arts in therapy and working with metaphor can sometimes help understand what is difficult to explain through words and talking. I have experience in working within both the education and charity sector developing therapeutic services and managing Counsellors and Therapists. My practice is currently based at in Hatton Garden, which is a roughly a 5 minute walk from either Farringdon (Circle, Metropolitan, Hammersmith & City Lines) and Chancery Lane (Central Line).
