About me and my therapy practice

Due to the current situation with COVID-19 I am offering online and telephone counselling only at this time.

I am a qualified person-centred counsellor and a registered member of the BACP who offers a professional, safe, confidential, non-judgemental and friendly counselling service.

As a person centred counsellor it is my belief that individuals are at the centre of their experiences and it is only them who truly knows how this was experienced. I can help the individual to understand their experiences and their feelings towards their experiences essentially helping them to reconnect with their inner values and self worth.

As well as my private counselling practice I also currently work for a charitable organisation counselling adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse and have previously worked with ChildLine counselling children and young people. My previous roles have also given me experience of working in a wide variety of settings with people with a broad range of issues which have included me working with older people, people with severe mental health disorders, people with disabilities and people with hoarding disorder.
