About me and my therapy practice

As a psychotherapist, counsellor and cognitive behavioural therapist working in the NHS, I offer therapy that is individually formulated to personal needs.

I can offer online (face to face video) therapy, telephone as well as face to face therapy

Practice description

Trained as a counselling psychologist (7 years of training) I am able to draw from a variety of pure and integrated theraputic approaches to meet your needs as my client.

My first session

We will spend the first session completing an assessment that includes understanding present and past difficulties, risk factors and what goals you the client will have for the therapy.

We will also discuss what you feel you would like to focus on to go forward.

I will then use the assessment to help me formulate how best to work with you to meet your needs from a therapeutic perspective.
