About me and my therapy practice

Counselling is a space for you to talk about anything that is bothering you or causing pain that you would like to make more sense of.  Working with me would be completely confidential and I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for you to talk openly. Counselling can help you learn how to manage your feelings and make use of your own resources to find solutions.  I welcome new inquiries and hope to help support you in whatever it is you are bringing with an awareness of the heaviness of the world right now.  It has been an unprecedented time that we have all lived through this last few years and we are still in such crisis in many areas.  What is it that is worrying you or causing you to reach out?  Is it political, climate related, health anxiety or past trauma ?  So many people are struggling and I hope that I can be here to listen to what it is you need to talk about.  For more information on how I work please do see my website, but I work with a wide range of issues including anxiety, low mood, stress, grief, identity, relationships, sexuality and gender, and how to be in this world right here, right now.

I am currently working in person and see clients in Islington and London Bridge.

I work from a an integrative perspective taking your history into account whilst also looking inward at your potential. I work as a guide to help you find what motivates you, what holds you back, and how to reconnect to your self.  Psychosynthesis is my first training in psychotherapy, a creative model that uses a wide range of techniques, but I also work utilising integrative psychotherapy as I am currently completing training as an Integrative Psychotherapist.

If you are struggling to make sense of your world and would like to talk I would be glad to hear from you to discuss how we might work together.
