About me and my therapy practice

I work with adults university students.  If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, abuse, bereavement, anger or relationship issues, I can support you by offering a non-judgmental and confidential environment where you feel safe to talk and explore those areas of your life where you feel you are struggling.

It can feel uncomfortable talking about the difficulties in your life, whether that is dealing with what is happening now, or what has happened in the past. Part of my role as a therapist to to provide a safe place so that you can talk openly and honestly about your life and your issues.

As well examining what is going on now I can also support you to create a better future for yourself.

Practice description

I am currently offering short and long-term therapy, by video, (Zoom, FB Messenger etc).  I also offer walking therapy in my local park, during daylight hours, subject to weather conditions

I offer reduced rates (£25) for students and low income clients

My first session

This is an opportunity for you talk about what is bringing you to therapy and what you want to get out of it, (although these things can change during the therapy itself). Should you decide I am the right person to work with, we would discuss how often and when the sessions take place, and matters such as confidentiality and a contract. You will be free to ask questions, and this is something you might wish to consider before the session.   I charge £20 for the initial consultation
