About me and my therapy practice
Have you ever considered therapy as a journey to self-discovery? As a Psychodynamic Therapist, I'd like to accompany you on this journey; whether you want to process difficult life events, or just want a space to explore your thoughts, feelings, circumstances or even important life decisions; I would love to support you on this experience, which often turns out to be life-changing.
I believe that you deserve the space to just "be", explore and reflect on past or current experiences, gain more self-awareness and explore new choices and coping strategies, in order to live a more fulfilling and authentic life.
Often we can experience inner conflict, as parts of ourselves want different things. Sometimes the feelings that accompany these needs can feel unacceptable or unbearable. In an attempt to deal with them, we silence, ignore and suppress these parts. The attempt to get rid of these parts means they find new and extreme ways to be heard causing disruption and distress in one’s life.
