About me and my therapy practice

You may have reached a point in your life where you’ve come to a crossroads. I would like to help you to discover your own path.

I am a qualified and experienced Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor and draw from a range of therapeutic techniques that are personalised to each individual client. I believe that you know yourself better than anyone so work in a way that assists you to find out what is meaningful to you and your life.

I work in a compassionate and empathetic way and offer both short term Counselling and longer term Psychotherapy depending on your individual needs.

My first session

The initial consultation is 50 minutes during which we can discuss what has lead you to counselling/psychotherapy and to talk over any questions you might have. I charge £25.00 for the initial consultation.
