About me and my therapy practice

I am a Person-Centered, Registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist.  My way of working is to provide a safe space for clients to feel comfortable, to tell their stories. My aim is to develop a trusting relationship so that individuals can disclose sensitive information and know that they are not being judged. I work with people experiencing Anxiety, Depression, Family Relationships, Self-Harm, Trauma, Identity, Work-Related Stress, and Health-Related Issues. I have experience working successfully, with children, young people, Adults, and Older Adults. For me, my work is to support clients to explore their issues, by actively listening, and letting you know what I am hearing.  I also work intuitively, which means that I can hear and understand what lies below what you are describing to me enabling you to achieve your desired goals.  I will walk alongside you as you gain a greater understanding of how your past experiences interact with your present situation.  At times I will ask you difficult questions for you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself.
