About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified counsellor and CBT therapist. Therapy is a deeply personal experience, your problems may have arisen recently or perhaps are the result of something that happened a long time ago, the aim is to connect the dots and find out how to overcome the present feelings.
I believe that the therapeutic relationship is key to successful therapy so I aim to provide a friendly non-judgmental, safe and trusting environment to explore how you are feeling.
I have experience working with a range of issues for example, anxiety disorders, depression, relationship problems, trauma and panic disorders and have worked with clients from 4 to 80 years old.
Getting started is simple, send me an email or call to set up our first session. We can talk about what it is you would like to gain from therapy and if you are happy we will set up future sessions.

Practice description
I have a BSc Hons Degree in integrative counselling, meaning I have trained in a range of models and can use different elements to suit what may be brought up in our sessions.
I have also studied Psychology at post graduate level giving me a broader understanding of the way we are built and think.
Finally I have also completed a post graduate diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
My first session
I offer a reduced price for the first session. This session will be focused on us getting to understand what issues you are facing at the moment and how we may be able to work together.
