About me and my therapy practice

I am able to be as flexible as is necessary to help clients engaged in therapy.

I am happy to offer both short term and longer term engagements.

I can offer face to face, telephone, video calls and online sessions.

Practice description

I use the Integrative model. This enables me to use the 3 main approaches intertwined.

The main approach is person centred, allowing me to work at the client's pace and comfort level.

My first session

The first session is an opportunity for us to assess whether the client and I are able to work together in way that will be therapeutic.

It can take the form of an assessment and for this reason I charge a reduced rate.
