About me and my therapy practice

As a qualified Accredited MBACP Counsellor/and EMDR.CBT and DBT practitioner. I can help you work through your troubles by offering the time and space for you to explore them. I work in an integrative way which means I tailor sessions to meet the needs of the person I work with.

I have extensive experience working with Couples, Adults, Children and Families in a range of settings, from GPs practice, Social Care, Schools and Private Practice. Working with Family Relationships and Breakdown/Conflict, Anger Management, Abuse, Anxiety/Depression, Self Esteem, work-related Stress, OCD, Panic and Phobias, Bullying, PTSD, Bereavement/loss, Affairs, Domestic Violence, Self Harm, Suicidal Feelings.

I am also a Clinical Hypnotherapist and work with Weight Issues, Smoking, Sleeplessness, Fear of Flying, Driving, Phobias, Habits, Relaxation, Stress, Panic Attacks, Fear of Vomiting and Anxiety, Public Speaking and many more.
