About me and my therapy practice
As an experienced counsellor and Mindfulness therapist, I value the importance of creating a space that supports you to feel safe, accepted and respected to enable you to explore your situation freely with permission to work at your own pace.
I work with individuals, couples and groups and am passionate about supporting my clients to develop a powerful set of life skills through mindful awareness which you can start to apply immediately in between sessions.
Our work together encourages you to become an active participant in improving your emotional and physical well-being; using your awareness to make more effective and conscious choices and supporting you to connect with your innate capacity for potential and change in work, life and relationships.
I run 8-Week Mindfulness Courses for Stress and Well Being for individuals, couples and groups.
