About me and my therapy practice

I am a very experienced qualified Interpersonal Psychotherapist /counsellor offering a confidential service within a safe environment. My belief is that everyone has the unique ability to reach their full potential.

I am a fully qualified accredited counsellor and a member of the BACP (British Association of counselling psychotherapy) and an accredited member of IPT UK.

My experience so far has been working with people who have had problems with depression, anxiety, drug and alcohol misuse, sexual abuse, bereavement, stress and low self-esteem. I have also gained a great deal of experience working within a prison environment and currently practice within the NHS and the private sector.

I offer Individual one to one therapy and couples therapy.
