About me and my therapy practice
I have 36 years experience which is a benefit as it allows us to access the core of your therapeutic more quickly.
I work face to face, and do accept phone and online sessions.
I work with individuals as well as couples.
All you have to do is make an appointment with me and bring yourself. How I will work with you, will depend on where you are, as everyone is unique.
I specialise in depression , anxiety, abuse, self esteem, Panic Attacks, Sexual Difficulties, Psychosexual, Stress, Anger Management, Bullying, Couple Therapy, Marriage Preparation, Conflict Resolution, Non-violent communication, addiction, personal development.
I am bi-lingual. I am a fluent french speaker.
Practice description
As I have done several trainings, I will be using the skills that I will see as the most appropriate for you.
The first two sessions are are crucial for me to determine what your needs are.
I will be taking history from you and will be asking you questions.
Please feel free to answer or not. What matters is that you are comfortable with me .

My preference is in person but I also give online Clinical Supervision.

I tend to supervise psychotherapists/counsellors mostly face to face 1 to 1 in my consulting room and am also willing to supervise small groups.

During the first session, I tend to gather as much information from you in order to determine with you the best course of action.
I do charge the same rate as any other session.
