About me and my therapy practice

Hello! I am a qualified and experienced counsellor available to clients who recognise they are ready to talk and seek help with making sense of their lived experience and understanding their emotions, behaviours and reactions to life’s challenges.

I am a person-centred and humanistic counsellor trained in emotion focused therapy and integrative techniques. Understanding our emotions can have such a positive effect on our mood and behaviour and when we ignore them or find them overwhelming we can get stuck.

Practice description

I offer a safe, confidential and compassionate space for you to work through whatever it is you want to bring to counselling. With no judgement, only empathy, compassion, and a readiness to hear your story and help you.
