About me and my therapy practice

Hello and welcome to my directory entry. I have a private practice in Frodsham, Cheshire. I provide one to one counselling in a quiet, comfortable room situated in the middle of town. You may find yourself looking for a counsellor for a variety of reasons. Sometimes it can be hard to discuss certain issues with our friends and families or you may feel that there isn't anyone appropriate to talk to. Counselling provides a valuable space for you to explore any issues or difficulties that you may be experiencing. I am an integrative therapist which means that I can use a variety of counselling styles to best meet your needs. I offer a free introductory session lasting 30 minutes. This consultation is a good chance to discuss what you want from counselling. It also provides a good opportunity to ask any questions. Following this session, if we decide to work together the approach will be tailored to suit your needs and personal circumstances.
