About me and my therapy practice

Throughout life we all encounter challenging situations and can feel stuck or uncertain about moving forward. I offer short and long-term counselling within a safe, non-judgemental and empathetic environment in which you can confidentially share and explore challenges you are experiencing, allowing you to grow and move forward in a positive way.

Whilst I specialise in supporting people through grief and loss which may be associated with a bereavement or change of circumstances in life, I also support people experiencing a range of challenges including anxiety, low self-esteem and stress.

I also appreciate that not everyone wants to talk directly about their emotions and factors that are impacting their wellbeing. Therefore, I also offer Drawing and Talking therapy which enables you to safely explore and express underlying difficulties and traumas more creatively.

Seeking support and taking time out is often the most difficult decision to make but it can be the most worthwhile. Please do not hesitate to get in touch for more information if you or someone you know needs support.

Qualifications include: BTEC Level 5 Professional Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, University Diploma in Counselling Studies and Skills, MSc Distinction – Applied Child Psychology, BSc (Honours) 1st Class Degree - Psychology
