About me and my therapy practice
To me, the most important aspect of Therapy is the Therapeutic relationship between you and I. A relationship built on trust and honesty, where you feel safe, comfortable and not judged where a nurturing and healing process can begin to take place.
I offer a highly professional and confidential service where there is an atmosphere of warmth, equality and acceptance. Here, in my private and tranquil therapy room, we can explore whatever difficulties you are currently experiencing.
I am an Accredited Counsellor with the "British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy" (BACP).
I work in a Person Centred Way, integrating other modules to suit my Client. For example: Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Gestalt, Existential, Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Art
The first session is an opportunity for us to meet and get a sense of what it would be like to work together. You are in charge of how many sessions you have and we will regularly assess your progress together. This is to ensure you are going in the direction you have chosen, and achieving your goals
I enjoy working with Counselling Students on a long term basis; supporting you on your journey to become a fully qualified Counsellor. My fee is £40.00 per session.
