About me and my therapy practice
I am a registered psychotherapeutic counsellor based in Norwich city centre. I offer individual therapy sessions in a safe and confidential environment. If you have any question’s please get in touch. I am happy to answer them.
Counselling is an opportunity to explore current and past difficulties which may still be impacting on you, without fear of judgement or rejection. Anxiety and depression are often indicators we are struggling to cope with our lives, and we need to make changes. I offer a compassionate, therapeutic space to explore whatever you would like to bring to the sessions. It’s an opportunity to explore thoughts, feelings and emotions which you would not feel safe to talk about in relationships with family, friends or work colleagues. It is through the process of talking about thoughts and feelings together that insights arise, and change can begin.
I offer short-term and long-term sessions, depending on what you would like to focus on in the sessions.
The first appointment offers an opportunity to discuss your reasons for coming to counselling and decide on if this is a commitment you would like to make.
