About me and my therapy practice
Whatever reason you have come looking for someone to talk to, you have taken the first steps to find help with what you're experiencing.
I believe we are all individual and unique and that each person will need different things from counselling. Primarily, I feel that the most important thing is the relationship between us. Alongside this I use an integrative, person-centred approach, which means we work in a way that best suits you, drawing on various approaches to support you through the counselling process.
I aim to provide counselling that is quick and stress free to access. I provide a safe, empathic, affirming space for you to reflect and explore your own understanding and ways forward. Our first appointment will help you decide if I am the right person for you, before we commit to regular sessions.
I am happy to answer any questions you may have about the type of therapy I can offer you, my availability, and my appointment days and times, or please see my website www.spiralcounsellingcheltenham.com for more information.
I look forward to hearing from you.
