About me and my therapy practice
I've been a psychotherapist in private practice since 1989, as well as being the manager of a counselling service. I'm also qualified as a counselling supervisor. I offer both short term and long term therapy and I enjoy working with people from a diverse range of backgrounds. Please ring me if you would like to discuss the possibility of us working together.

My first session
Our first session is a chance for you to meet with me, learn more about how I work and see how you feel about working with me. It gives me the opportunity to learn about you and what you are looking for. Then we can take things from there, and make a plan about how we will work towards achieving whatever you hope for from therapy.
