I have also provided primary counselling in Anxiety, Depression, Stress and Self-esteem, but from mid 2020 I reduced this list to just Bereavement.
I have more than 12 years of Bereavement counselling experience, including 8 years of counselling work at Cruse Bereavement Care, including many recommendations. I understand the pains and stresses that are caused and believe I can help.
I will work with you on the 5 Stages of Grief. I do not believe these happen in any specific order but it is likely that each stage will occur at some time during your grieving. I will help you identify, understand and come to terms with these.
I will talk to you about books that may help you and support you through any anniversaries that can sometimes be painful. I cannot take away the pain but I can lead you towards a more enlightened new life.
Rather than being a generalist, my specialisation gives you assurance that I am skilled in bereavement work. If you have any questions about my background, skills or anything else please do not be afraid to ask me.
I am a qualified counsellor and supervisor and have been involved with counselling for many years. I am an Integrative counsellor and use psychodynamic and person centred approaches but also have skills in other methods and will use them if I think they are relevant.
With the outbreak of the pandemic Covid-19, all therapy is remote. I use Google Meet, Skype or Zoom. Or we can just use phone.

I offer a short free introduction by video or phone to gain an overview of your problem and discuss my experience.
It is important that we both feel that we can work together.
